excellent stay
convenient location helpful staff
the location near the madeleine church proved convenient. the staff demonstrated high professionalism and attentiveness. i loved that my room had spaciousness and quiet surroundings. i appreciated the quick room service!
The hotel uses physical keys which must be left at reception. This created frequent waits.

a decent stay
central position friendly staff clean room coffee machine chipped paint dinner service
i found the location quite central, close to many attractions. The room was clean upon arrival. i appreciated the friendly reception staff.
there was NO coffee machine in the room, which i missed. no dinner service was available at all.

clean room extra pillows daily perfection no water bad quality shampoo no hair conditioner
The room was very clean upon arrival. Housekeeping cleaned the room to perfection daily. Extra pillows provided by the hotel were also very clean.
The room did not have water to drink. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash were BAD quality.

breakfast room great selection friendly staff iron board old fashion waiting time
The breakfast room was beautiful and had a great selection. The location was fantastic, very convenient for wandering around or getting the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a lovely time.
The hotel would not provide an iron and board in the room! though there was no ironing service either. I had to go to the basement to iron my clothes. The room keys are old fashion physical keys. One has to leave them at reception. This creates traffic there with useless waiting time.
